Noodles were not fully cooked.

My husband and I love this place, incredible vermicelli bowls, my husband likes the pork and I do the deep fried tofu on vermicelli which is delicious! I’ve had the salad rolls as well, everything has been a treat

Very big portions but too much for me to eat!

I order from here often as well as go to the physical store—it’s definitely a lot better when you eat in the restaurant. Usually it’s still pretty good when I order it but unfortunately this time it wasn’t as good, the noodles were way over-cooked and the broth wasn’t as flavourful as normal. I still enjoyed it, and will continue to order from and go in person to Truong Thanh as it is the best restaurant in Nanaimo in terms of flavour, affordability, quality, and service!

Fantastic flavour, the peanut satay pho. My takeout order was missing the bean sprouts, unfortunately. I look forward to them next time.
